Terms and Conditions

Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving invoice for custom sets. If payment is not received within this window, your order will be cancelled and the date will be offered to other customers.

All cookies are made by hand and therefore are prone to imperfections. Pictures will be used as inspiration, but no set is guaranteed to be an exact replica of the photo used or a set previously made by Three Crumb Bakery. Prices vary depending on the intricacy of designs, the amount of designs requested, the number of colors within the set, and the time it will take to complete the order. Cookie sizes range from 2“-5”. Specific requirements for your order will need to be submitted with your request form. Requests to make changes must be submitted 2 weeks before your pick up date. You will receive an email the week of your pickup date to establish a pickup time.

These products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Oregon’s food and safety regulations. These products are NOT allergen free, and Three Crumb Bakery is not responsible for any adverse reactions.

All payments are final. Refunds are at the discretion of Three Crumb Bakery, and will only be given under very specific circumstances. Absolutely no refunds will be made for no-shows. Once the product has been received by the customer, Three Crumb Bakery is no longer liable for it. 

Purchases for decorating classes are not refundable but are transferable.
